These on-site recovery consultations are built for athletes who are training hard but dealing with recurring pain, tightness, or movement limitations.
Rather than guessing or waiting weeks for appointments, athletes receive professional movement screening, education, and recovery guidance — helping families understand what’s going on and what to do next.
This is structured recovery support focused on keeping athletes healthy and confident.
It does not replace evaluation or medical diagnosis from a physician.
I’m a Certified Athletic Trainer specializing in athlete recovery, movement analysis, and injury guidance. I’ve spent my career working with youth, high school, and collegiate competitive athletes across multiple sports, helping them navigate pain, tightness, and injuries that don’t always come with clear answers.
My job is to help athletes feel supported, not overwhelmed. I believe athletes deserve to understand why something hurts, not just be told to rest, ice, or push through it. When working with athletes, I focus on education, movement quality, and practical next steps that athletes and families can actually use.
I’m also a sports mom myself, so I understand the balance families are trying to manage between practices, games, school, schedules, and the constant question of “Is this something we should worry about?” My goal is to bring clarity and confidence to those moments.
These consultations are provided independently by me and are separate from SideKickAT programming, which may be recommended as an optional continuation of athlete support.

We review symptoms, sport demands, training load, and past injuries.
Assessment based on the athlete’s sport demands and current concerns.
Athletes and parents learn why symptoms are occurring.
Includes 2–3 corrective exercises and recovery strategies.
Taping may be applied or taught to parents or coaches for continued support.
