1:1 athlete support session
Understand what’s actually going on and leave with a clear plan to move forward.

who it's for?
A focused, guided session designed to figure out what’s actually going on and start correcting it right away.
You will leave understanding more than just where it hurts. You will leave understanding why it is happenin.
I start by understanding symptoms, daily demands, training load, and past injuries to get the full picture.
A targeted assessment based on how you move, what you’re feeling, and what your body is compensating for.
You (and parents, if applicable) will understand why symptoms are happening, not just what hurts.
Based on your needs, this may include mobility work, soft tissue techniques, activation, or other recovery methods to begin improving how your body feels and moves.
You’ll leave with 2–3 targeted exercises, taping techniques (if needed) and clear strategies to continue progress outside of the session.
You’ll leave knowing exactly what to do next. Whether that’s modifying training, continuing sessions, or addressing a bigger underlying issue.
Catch something early before it runs into a bigger issue
Better understand recurring pain or movement patterns
Stay available during training and competition
Get new eyes on something that has been lingering
Feel more confident in what your body actually needs
I’m a Certified Athletic Trainer specializing in recovery, movement analysis, and helping people understand what their body actually needs. I’ve spent my career working with youth, high school, and collegiate athletes across multiple sports, helping them navigate pain, tightness, and injuries that don’t always come with clear answers.
My job is to help people feel supported, not overwhelmed. Whether I’m working with an athlete or an adult who just knows something doesn’t feel right, I focus on education, movement quality, and practical next steps you can actually use, not just being told to rest, ice, or push through it.
As a sports mom myself, I understand the balance families are managing between practices, games, school, schedules, and the constant question of “Is this something we should worry about?” My goal is to bring clarity and confidence to those moments, for both athletes and parents.
