I’m a Certified Athletic Trainer specializing in recovery, movement analysis, and helping people understand what their body actually needs. I’ve spent my career working with youth, high school, and collegiate athletes across multiple sports, helping them navigate pain, tightness, and injuries that don’t always come with clear answers.
My job is to help people feel supported, not overwhelmed. Whether I’m working with an athlete or an adult who just knows something doesn’t feel right, I focus on education, movement quality, and practical next steps you can actually use, not just being told to rest, ice, or push through it.
As a sports mom myself, I understand the balance families are managing between practices, games, school, schedules, and the constant question of “Is this something we should worry about?” My goal is to bring clarity and confidence to those moments, for both athletes and parents.

Sometimes the painful area is the problem. Many times, it isn't. That's where experience matters.
Depending on what you need, this could include cupping, soft-tissue working, recovery boots, mobility and more.
I don't just treat athletes - I educate them. You'll leave understanding what's happening and why.
Whether it's a few exercise. recoery techniques, or peace of mind, you'll know exactly what to do next.
You get answers, not guesses.
